MANDATORY BASIC CONDITIONS:
-Only for a maximum of 1 or 2 adults.
-Only seasonal rental for 10 months, NON-RENEWABLE.
-Rental from September 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
-No pets allowed, dogs or cats by order of the landlord.
-Reservation payment must be made within 24 / 48 hours following the visit.
-MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1.-Permanent or long-term employment contract with net income matching the rent + expenses.
2.-You must present an employment contract with a minimum seniority of 6 months and a net salary of at least €2600 per month.
3.-Employment contracts are only accepted from the person(s) who will live in the property.
4.-Employment contracts or payments from third parties are not accepted.
